Nordisk Customer Satisfaction Survey

Offering the same high standard of service over the last 50 years has meant constantly expanding our knowledge and continually improving and re-thinking our products, whilst maintaining a close relationship with our customers and industry decision-makers at all times.
“Our ultimate aim is satisfied customers and we continually work to improve our products and services”, says Quality Assurance Manager, Magne Husby. “In order to assess and improve customer satisfaction, Nordisk will perform a yearly web-based customer survey, where key focus areas can be evaluated by customers, giving us direct feedback on what is important for our customers, where we perform best and where action is necessary.”
The first web-based survey will be launched in Q2 2019. We hope that customers will take the time to complete the survey and give us the honest feedback we need in order to maintain and improve the service and products we offer.
